[Trip is wandering around the hallways, looking a little confused. Not super confused, because seriously, he's seen a lot of weird stuff before, and it'll take a little more then some reports of people acting weird and new decor on the Barge to get him really concerned.]

Yes. The new arrivals have been polite, but there are many of them. [And her scans aren't coming out right, it's very annoying.] I don't believe this is a flood.

I thought the admiral was supposed ta say somethin' if it was a flood.

He does. And there is usually a good deal of turbulence - which is why it seems likely that this is not a flood.

I don't recognize these new decorations, but I believe they're human?

If I'm rememberin' my high school history classes correctly, I'm pretty sure they're Aztec. They're an ancient people from Mexico who pretty much got wiped out centuries ago by the Spanish.

And now there are people who seem to be...possessed by what I assume are Aztec figures. [Pft gods and goddesses, sure.]

There are several people aboard that refer to themselves as gods, and they operate under the same limitations we do.

Agreed - though there is at least one warden who makes the same claim to godhood. Possession of this sort - if that is indeed what this is - is not something I've seen on board before.
