I think everything that needs ta be said's been said about our latest fiasco, so all I'm gonna say is while I don't appreciate bein' under the affect of the Nanomites or that the whole thing happened in the first place, I think it's pretty safe ta say violence breeds more violence, and it might be in our best interests to just move on with our lives. We're all still here, and things coulda been a lot worse.

I get wantin' revenge, I really do - not on this, maybe, but on other stuff - but it's a lot better in theory then in practice.

Any of it, honestly. I haven't heard stuff about the sun fadin' in someone's timeline yet. Kinda different from what I'm used to, you know?

The sun was dying. Its light and heat were fading, putting the whole world into a solar winter.

To compensate for that, we wanted to create a star within a star using dark matter and fissile materials from the earth itself. It was the best we could do.

What do you mean? It was a worldwide endeavor. I just helped create the bomb...so I really didn't know who was running the show specifically.

I mean, guess I'm not that shocked since it was the fate of the world hangin' in the balance or whatever, but back where I'm from, everyone kinda just expected Starfleet ta get the job done when we were attacked. It wasn't exactly a totally united Earth effort ta get the Xindi ta back off.
